As a seasoned Director of Racquets, RSPA Master Professional, author, and industry educator, Juan Garcia is committed to building high-performing racquet sports communities through leadership, innovation, and education. Guided by the principles of excellence, community, and continuous improvement, he creates environments where players, coaches, and members can thrive.
Since joining San Dieguito Tennis Club in 2018, Juan has led significant growth, expanding junior participation from 25 to more than 125 weekly players, diversifying programming across multiple racquet sports, increasing non-dues revenue, and overseeing major facility and operational enhancements. His work reflects a commitment to advancing the racquet sports industry while delivering exceptional experiences both on and off the court.

The Highest Distinction in Racquet Sports Coaching
In 2026, Juan Garcia earned the designation of RSPA Master Professional, the highest level of professional recognition awarded by the Racquet Sports Professionals Association (RSPA).
The Master Professional designation is reserved for a select group of industry leaders who have demonstrated exceptional achievement in coaching, education, leadership, service, and professional development throughout their careers.
Since the organization's founding in 1927, only 217 professionals have achieved this distinction, with approximately 150 active today.
